Let&#8217;s change the menu buttons (minimize, maximize, close) position to the right (again).<\/p>\n<p>Open your Terminal<br \/>\n<code> $ sudo apt-get install gconf-editor <\/code><\/p>\n<p>Run it<br \/>\n<code> $ gconf-editor <\/code><\/p>\n<p>Go to &#8220;apps\/metacity\/general\/&#8221;<br \/>\nFind &#8220;button_layout&#8221; and update the value to:<\/p>\n<p><code>menu:minimize,maximize,close<\/code><\/p>\n<p>Save, logout, login.
