I was tired to use different shortcuts on each program, so I decided to create a Plugin for GEdit to have the shortcuts that I’m used to<\/p>\n

The shortcuts that I included:
\nCTRL + TAB = Change Tab
\nCTRL + SHIFT + TAB = Change Tab (Backwards)
\nCTRL + T = New Tab
\nCTRL + F4 = Close tab<\/p>\n

So to have CTRL + TAB on your GEdit 2<\/strong> and this others shortcuts you need to include this plugin to this path if you want to have this for all users:<\/p>\n

\/usr\/lib\/gedit-2\/plugins\/<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

If you want to have it just for your user paste the plugin on:<\/p>\n

~\/.gnome2\/gedit\/plugins\/.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And if you use GEdit 3<\/strong> the path to all users is:<\/p>\n

\/usr\/lib\/gedit\/plugins\/<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

And just for your user:<\/p>\n

~\/.local\/share\/gedit\/plugins\/<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

To enable GEdit – Tab Switcher and Closer, check the checkbox on:<\/p>\n

Edit – Preferences – Plugins – GEdit Tab Switcher and Closer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
