Para instalar você precisa dar permissão de execução:
chmod +x native-64bit-flash-installer-11.2.sh
Execute o mesmo:
./native-64bit-flash-installer-11.2.sh
A instalação deve ocorrer sem mais problemas, qualquer problema ou duvida entre em contato.
