Boa tarde,

I’ve been using Tenobet since about the spring, and I suppose I have enough mileage to give an honest take. Stumbled on it through a mate of mine who wanted something with half-decent lobby depth without all the affordability checks you get now on the UK licensed sites. Should flag early: it’s not UKGC licensed and it’s not on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Lobby’s pretty huge — somewhere around 3,000+ slots by my count, and the providers that matter are present: Pragmatic, NetEnt, Play n GO, Big Time Gaming, Yggdrasil, Microgaming. Personally I grind Sweet Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza, which both run fine in browser. Live dealer’s Evolution, which means exactly what you expect — real croupiers, the game shows like Crazy Time for a change of pace. There’s a sportsbook too, and it I’ve used a handful of times for Premier League, it’s fine, nothing more.
Bonus-wise it’s a 100% match to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit otherwise it just doesn’t apply. Do read the terms before you commit, it’s not amazing but not predatory to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing unfortunately. If you want to see current promos, they’re listed at tenobet before you sign up. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, registration took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the stronger part in my experience. Cards go through, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; card payouts took a bit longer. What did wind me up was the verification — they took about two days to verify me, which held up the first payout sat waiting the whole time. Not a scam, just slower than I’d like.
Few more things: there’s no app, so it’s mobile browser only. It’s responsive enough on my phone but I’d prefer a proper app. The login can be sluggish in the evenings. Live chat at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the opening messages are copy-paste. Push past that and they sort it.
I’ve been punting on Tenobet for February, so I suppose I’ve got a fair bit of mileage to give an honest take. Stumbled on it through a mate of mine who wanted somewhere with proper slot coverage that didn’t have the usual deposit limit nagging you run into now on the UK licensed sites. Right, important bit: this isn’t UK Gambling Commission licensed and it isn’t on GamStop, which cuts both ways.
Game selection’s honestly massive — somewhere around 3,000+ games by my count, and the providers that matter all turn up: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Big Time Gaming, Betsoft, Microgaming. Personally I grind Gates of Olympus and Gates of Olympus, both run fine on mobile browser. Live side is Evolution, which means what you’re getting — real croupiers, Crazy Time and Lightning Roulette when I fancy a punt on something daft. There’s a sportsbook too, and it gets a bit of use from me on Premier League, nothing special.
Bonus-wise it’s 100% up to ?125 with 100 spins thrown in, you have to use the promo code JOIN002 at deposit — I nearly forgot it the first time. Check the playthrough before you commit, it’s not the loosest to be honest. Don’t expect free credit without depositing as far as I can tell. If you want to see what’s running currently, you’ll find them at tenobet casino if you’re curious. Minimum deposit is ?10, standard stuff, the form took about three minutes.
Money side’s been the stronger part for me. Visa and Mastercard work, Skrill and Neteller are there, Bitcoin and a few other coins for anyone who wants that. My Skrill cashouts have landed within a day; Visa took slower, 3-4 days. My main gripe was the verification — it took about two days to approve my ID, which held up the first payout just sat there the whole time. Nothing shady about it, but slower than I’d like.
Other gripes: there’s no app, so it’s browser only. Honestly it’s fine on my phone though an app would be nicer. The login can be fiddly at peak times. Customer service at Tenobet is live chat, English, decent, but the first replies feel a bit scripted. Ask a specific question and they’re helpful enough.
