Simulation and electrical measurements of CMOS: Voltages, currents, delay, minimization and mapping. Combinational Circuitos (encoder, decoder, adder, multiplier, barrel shifter, Arithmetic Logic Unit). Elements of the interconnection (multiplexer, tri-state bus) and storage (Latch, flip-flop, register, memory cell). Clock and timer. Sequential circuits, shift register and counter. Memory (DRAM, SRAM, ROM, FLASH). Arrangements logic (PAL, PLA, FPGA).
