Logo quando terminei de instalar o Ubuntu 11.04 – 64 Bits. Resolvi instalar o Flash. Pensei em testar o método criado pelo Romeo-Adrian Cioaba que publiquei como Instalar Flash no Ubuntu 10.04 64 bits.
Resolvi atualizar a versão do flash que é instalada pelo script, verifiquei que atualmente existe o Flash Player Square 10.2.p3.
Instalador nativo Flash Player 10.2 Preview 3
Instalador nativo Flash Player 10.0.45.2 (Parece mais estavel)
De permissão de execução ao arquivo:
$ chmod +x native-64bit-flash-installer.sh
–
Execute-o:
$ ./native-64bit-flash-installer.sh
Comentei a linha que criava o link simbolico para o XUL-Runner porque nao pude encontrar o mesmo no meu sistema. Caso tenha algum problema por causa disso, me avise que posso tentar corrigir.

Também existe uma versão que vem no repositorio do Ubuntu. (A mesma é mais antiga e não garanto nada sobre ela.).
$ sudo apt-get install flashplugin-installer
