Em Julho de 2009 eu modifiquei o Plugin Quick Flickr Widget. Para permitir exibição de imagens do Flickr por sorteio de TAGS. Melhorando assim o modo com que ele pega fotos aleatorias. Entrei em contato com o desenvolvedor, algumas vezes e sugeri que o mesmo incluisse essas funcionalidades no Plugin principal. A resposta que tive é que ele iria analisar.
Agora, 2 anos depois, estava atrás do Plugin novamente e notei que o mesmo não possuiu mais desenvolvimento nem atualizações para as versões mais recentes do WordPress.
Com isso, utilizei o mesmo como base e desenvolvi o Fast Flickr Widget que atualiza o antigo Quick Flickr Widget para a versão mais recente do WordPress e também adiciona uma nova funcionalidade de aleatorio por Tags.
