Encrypt Messages

A plugin to encode/decode your messages in Emesene.

Changelog 0.3.5:
- Add GETTEXT to the texts.
- Fixed bug with GPG when pexpect was missing
- Just shows the codifications possible to use

Dependencies:
- emesene
- GPG (Se quizer utilizar)
- pexpect (http://sourceforge.net/projects/pexpect/) (If you want to use GPG)

Commands:
- /we MESSAGE
- /password

To do:
- OTR Support
- Other codifications
- Support to choose different types of encoding in each window.
