No dia 06, o deputado Walter Feldman propos um projeto de lei semelhante ao SOPA para o Brasil (PL 3336/2012). O que prontamente gerou inquietação e argumentação de usuarios e especialistas no assunto.
Lei que quer “proteger” os direitos autorais na internet bloqueando sites.
Felizmente essa inquietação fez com que Walter Feldman retirasse sua proposta de lei PL 3336/2012 no dia 12/03 e pedisse desculpas por cometer o equivoco de fazer a PL 3336/2012
Pedidos de desculpas do deputado Walter Feldman:
Devido aos inúmeros argumentos contrários que tenho recebido referente ao PL 3336/2012. Estou convencido que a apresentação deste Projeto de Lei foi um equívoco.
Informo que através de requerimento foi solicitada sua retirada de tramitação.
Fui Secretário das Subprefeituras de São Paulo e lutei duramente contra a pirataria. Aprendi na dor que essa pirataria material nas ruas de São Paulo e do Brasil não tem nada haver com o compartilhamento que é feito na internet, que hoje compreendo plenamente.
Reconheço humildemente o erro e agradeço a participação de todos.
